I/ We agree to indemnify and hold harmless St. Pius X High School, its agents, servants and employees from and against any and all losses, costs and expenses including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, damages and expense in connection with claims for damage as a result of injury, disability or death of any person or damages to property sustained by our child. I also give permission for School employees to secure medical services for my student, if necessary, and agree to pay all expenses for such medical care. An attempt will be made to contact me before consenting to medical care unless such attempt jeopardizes the health of my student.
