COVID-19 SPECTATOR PROTOCOL FOR FALL SPORTS 2020

To ensure the safety of our student-athletes, the following protocols will be enforced for the 2020 fall season until further notice. 

No walk-up ticket sales will be available for fall sports. For those interested in viewing the games, livestreams are available via the NFHS Network. Monthly or annual subscription required. Portion of fees benefit SPX Athletics.

FOOTBALL

  • Spectator capacity set at approximately 25% of total seating capacity.
  • Face Coverings required to be worn at all times on the SPX campus. Those without face coverings will not be admitted or will be asked to leave if face covering is removed during an event.
  • Absolutely NO sitting in the areas marked with Orange paint.
  • Concession stand will be open (pre-packaged foods only).
  • Tickets are required for Varsity games only.
  • There is NO walk-up ticket purchasing.
  • All tickets must be purchased online, unless you have purchased season tickets - which are only available to guests of participants involved with football, sports medicine, cheer, dance, and band.
  • NO refunds.

Reserved Ticket Allocation - Event Participants (Season Tickets Only)

  • Reserved 2 season ticket packages available to guests of each of the following participants:
    • Football
    • Sports Medicine
    • Cheer
    • Dance
    • Band
  • 2 season ticket packages costs $80 ($40 per season ticket).  Includes entrance to all home games (including scrimmages and any playoff games hosted at SPX, in which SPX is participating).  
  • No refunds for cancelled or relocated games.  No refunds or replacements for lost tickets.
  • Tickets for each game will be designated by color.
  • The “hard” ticket needs to be presented at the gate for entry.

Blocked Ticket Allocation - Visitors (Online Individual Game Tickets Only)

  • Beginning the Monday of each home game week, the visiting fans will have the opportunity to purchase tickets.  
  • Tickets will be $10 for adults / $5 for students and will be available for online purchase only.   
  • Electronic Tickets (uploaded to your phone) are required to be presented at the gate for entry.
  • It is the responsibility of the visiting Athletic Director to communicate the ticket availability to all relevant stakeholders. 
  • No refunds for cancelled or relocated games.  

General Admission (online individual game tickets only)

  • Pending availability, tickets for general admission will be $10 for adults / $5 for students; limited numbers of tickets dependent on visitor tickets purchased, will be available for online purchase only, beginning the Wednesday of each home game week.
  • Electronic Tickets (uploaded to your phone) are required to be presented at the gate for entry.
  • No refunds for cancelled or relocated games.   
  • Ticket purchasing information will be announced via twitter – please follow @SPXPanthers.

Junior Varsity Games

  • Tickets are NOT required for entrance.
  • Social distancing and face coverings are required.

 

VOLLEYBALL

  • Spectator capacity set at approximately 25% of total seating capacity.
  • Face Coverings required to be worn at all times on the SPX campus. Those without face coverings will not be admitted or will be asked to leave if face covering is removed during an event. 
  • Absolutely NO sitting in the areas marked with Tape.
  • Concession stand will be open (pre-packaged foods only).
  • There is NO walk-up ticket purchasing.
  • Tickets are required for both Varsity and Junior Varsity games (1 ticket per person admits entrance to all games for the day).
  • All tickets must be purchased online, unless you have purchased season tickets - which are only available to guests of participants involved with volleyball.
  • NO refunds.

Reserved Ticket Allocation – Volleyball Players (season tickets only)

  • Reserved 2 season ticket package available to guests of each volleyball player/team manager
  • Each 2 season ticket package costs $50 ($25 per season ticket).  Includes entrance to all home games (including any tournament/playoff games hosted at SPX, in which SPX is participating).  
  • No refunds for cancelled or relocated games.  No refunds or replacements for lost tickets.
  • Tickets for each game will designated by color.  
  • The “hard” ticket needs to be presented at the gate.

BOOSTER CLUB

Booster Club memberships are now available online. Some membership levels include All Sports Season Passes and reserved football parking. Please note - membership pricing and offerings look a little different this year, in comparison to last year.

CONTESTS/EVENTS HOSTED BY OTHER SCHOOLS

The policies regarding spectators for football, volleyball, and cross country hosted at (or by) other schools is determined by the school hosting the event.  Protocol regarding spectators’ and ticket purchasing will be communicated by the SPX Coach and/or the SPX Athletic Director.  Messaging regarding these events will be posted via twitter – please follow @SPXPanthers.
