Tuition & Financial Aid
At St. Pius X High School, our student body is as diverse as Houston itself. Our community is comprised of members from different socioeconomic, religious and ethnic backgrounds and more than 102 different zip codes; we truly believe our differences are what makes us stronger.
That’s why we don’t want tuition cost to ever deter a future leader from joining our community. Approximately 25% of our students receive need-based financial aid and more than 40% receive some type of tuition assistance. The average financial aid amount awarded is more than $6,000 making our annual tuition of $17,600 even more affordable.
SPX works with Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to process all financial aid applications and ensure objective evaluations of each request.
All families seeking financial aid must complete an online application through the FAST program. First-year and returning families complete the same application each year. The application process has a $43 non-refundable fee paid by credit card.
The St. Pius X High School Board of Directors has approved the following tuition rate for the 2021-2022 school year:
$17,600-paid in full, paid in two installments of $8,800, or $1,760 per month. The two-installment payments will be due July 1, 2021 and Dec. 1, 2021. Monthly payments due July 1, 2021 through April 1, 2022. All registration fees and payments are made through Smart Tuition.
