Tuition Information
All families must have a Blackbaud Tuition Management account to pay tuition and fees.
$19,900 can be paid in full, paid in two installments of $9,950, or paid in 10 installments of $1,990 per month. The two-installment payments will be due July 1 and Dec. 1. Monthly payments due July 1 through April 1. All registration fees and payments are made through Blackbaud Tuition Management.

Textbooks
We work with MBS Direct for our online bookstore. The St. Pius X page on the bookstore opens in July for the 2023-2024 school year.

- Review your courses list in your portal (Not available until July 2023)
- Select your courses in the bookstore
- View the materials and select your desired format (hardcopy or electronic)

Medical/Athletic Forms
All Students
All new and returning families will have a new checklist of items, including medical forms and immunization records, to submit and/or check. Instructions are available at the button link below. All families must have these records submitted prior to the first day of school on August 10th.
Athletics
Any student wishing to participate in athletics at St. Pius X High School is required to complete an athletic physical examination and all online athletic forms on Rank One. The forms can be accessed via the links below, or the parent portal, and any questions about athletic forms or physicals can be directed to Jeremy Kallus.
On-campus Physicals will take place one day mid-May after school. Check back for more info. The on-campus physicals will also have stations to complete all screenings required for freshman and transfers. Please contact Athletic Trainer Jeremy Kallus for more questions (including paperwork via Rank One).

Class/School Schedule
Student Schedule
Our registrar creates first year student schedules during the beginning of summer break. Families can check their schedules starting on July 17. The 2023-2024 schedules will be found in the "Schedule" tab for each student in your MySchoolApp Parent Portal.

Summer Reading & Assignments
School Supplies
Here is a list of basic supplies needed for all ninth graders. Additional supply requirements may be added by the teachers for specific classes.
- Electronic device of choice that meets school guidelines (laptop or tablet)
- Black, blue and red pens
- #2 Pencils
- Notebook paper for 3 ring binders
- 1 package highlighters (multiple colors)
- 1 package of markers (multiple colors)
- 1 package of colored pencils
- 3x5 notecards (at least 1 pack of 100)
- Graph paper (1/4”)
- Ruler
- TI-84+ Calculator
- 5 spiral notebooks
- 4-5 1” 3-Ring binders with tabs
- 3 Pocket folders
Lunch Account
We are proud to partner with Lexington Independents for delicious, diverse meal offerings on campus year-round. Click here to learn more and view sample lunch menus. In the first week of August, families may create an account for their student as per the instructions listed below. Biometrics will be scanned during student orientation - allowing for secure, speedy checkout on student lunch accounts for the entire school year!
New families - please wait to set up your student's lunch account until prompted by the school.

Create your parent account
- Go to My School Account website (in August 2023)
- Click "Create Account" on the top menu bar
- Select the "State" then select "The School"
- Create a parent UserID and Password
- Click the "Accept" box, and then click "Signup.
- An email will be sent to your email address that will contain a verification code
Enter your student's information
After you receive the verification code
- Go to My School Account website and login using the previously created account.
- Enter the verification code received via email
- Begin adding your child's information including the student ID
- After the student is added, you can make payments to the lunch account and view activity
Transportation Information
SPX Bus Line
St. Pius X High School students in grades 9-12 come from more than 72 zip codes in the greater Houston area. We are excited to offer transportation services for students living in the Bellaire/West U area and surrounding communities.
As you consider your child's education plans for the year, know that the benefits of St. Pius X's college-prep curriculum may simply be a ride away.

Bring Your Own Device
Student Device Guidelines
For the 2023-2024 school year, students are required to bring a personal technology device to school for educational purposes in the classroom. Here are key hardware guidelines for the type of device we have found to be most successful, but please download the full document.
Hardware Guidelines:
- Any MacBook that supports the current Mac OS Monterrey operating system.
- Any Windows laptop or convertible device that supports the current Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- Any iPad tablet that supports the current iOS 14 operating system.
- It is highly suggested that students using tablets purchase an external keyboard to use for note taking and writing.
- No phones are allowed to be used as the primary student device.

Placement Exams
All incoming freshmen are placed in college preparatory classes for English, science, math and foreign language based on their entrance score testing. If a student did not earn honors placement based on test scores, he/she may opt to take an additional placement exam. More information regarding course selection and placement exams will be shared with the student during student registration. Placement exams will be offered on April 29, 2023 on the St. Pius X Campus at the following times:
- Foreign Language: 8:00 am
- Science: 9:30 am
- Math: 11:00 am
- English: 1:00 pm
