Incoming Students

All families must have a Blackbaud Tuition Management account to pay tuition and fees. 

$20,900 can be paid in full, paid in two installments of $10,450, or paid in 10 installments of $2,090 per month. The two-installment payments will be due July 1 and Dec. 1. Monthly payments due July 1 through April 1. All registration fees and payments are made through Blackbaud Tuition Management.

We work with MBS Direct for our online bookstore. The St. Pius X page on the bookstore opens in July for each school year.

Ordering Instructions: 

1. Visit the online bookstore at http://bookstore.mbsdirect.net/stpiusx.htm
2. Review your courses list in your portal (Not available until July 2024)
3. Select your courses in the bookstore
4. View the materials and select your desired format (hardcopy or electronic)
5. Check out (Please give adequate time for delivery)

Summer reading assignments for all grade levels, as well as summer assignments for transfer students taking AP courses are now available. Review the lists and make to meet all the requirements to start the new school year.

Reading Lists

Here is a list of basic supplies needed for all ninth graders. Additional supply requirements may be added by the teachers for specific classes. 

• Black, blue and red pens
• #2 Pencils
• Notebook paper for 3 ring binders
• 1 package highlighters (multiple colors)
• 1 package of markers (multiple colors)
• 1 package of colored pencils
• 3x5 notecards (at least 1 pack of 100)
• Graph paper (1/4”)
• Ruler
• TI-84+ Calculator
• 5 spiral notebooks
• 4-5   1”  3-Ring binders with tabs
• 3 Pocket folders

Click here to learn more and view sample lunch menus. In the first week of August, families may create an account for their student as per the instructions listed below. Biometrics will be scanned during student orientation - allowing for secure, speedy checkout on student lunch accounts for the entire school year!

New families - please wait to set up your student's lunch account until prompted by the school.

Create your parent account

1. Go to My School Account website (in August)
2. Click "Create Account" on the top menu bar
3. Select the "State" then select "The School"
4. Create a parent UserID and Password
5. Click the "Accept" box, and then click "Signup.
6. An email will be sent to your email address that will contain a verification code

Enter your student's information

After you receive the verification code

1. Go to My School Account website and login using the previously created account.
2. Enter the verification code received via email
3. Begin adding your child's information including the student ID
4. After the student is added, you can make payments to the lunch account and view activity

Important communications sent over the summer of 2024 will be archived here for your convenience. If you are not receiving school communications, please contact the Communications department.
