USED UNIFORMS
INSTRUCTIONS/PROCEDURES
Students with used uniforms, particularly seniors, need to bring
their uniform items to Mrs. Moratto on May 17, 2007
8am-9am(SENIORS ONLY)
and May 24&25, 2007 12:15-1:15pm (SENIORS AND UNDERCLASS)
USED UNIFORMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED DURING THESE TIMES.
Items accepted:
- clothes must be good condition
- clothes must be washed or dry-cleaned
- only polo shirts with new SPX jubilee emblem
- the procedure below must be followed
Items not accepted:
- an item that is torn, faded, stained
- pants that have been cut at the seam
- white oxfords
- any item that has been altered
- polo with old emblem
IF NOT ACCEPTED ITEMS ARE TURNED IN THEY WILL BE DONATED TO A
CHILDREN’S SHELTER.
Procedure:
An envelope must be pinned to the front of the item with the
following information on the envelope:
- your name
- phone number
- description or type of the item you are selling
- size
- cost (prices can not be more than 50% of the original cost)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Date and time of the used uniform sale is June 21, 2007.
A second selling will be August 14&15, 2007.
- Any questions, please call Mary Moratto at (713)692-3581.
- Once items are sold YOU must contact Mary Moratto to pick-up
your money.
- Items WILL NOT be returned but will become property of SPX. If
your uniform items have not sold within 1 year, they will be
donated to a children’s shelter.
Money MUST be PICKED UP within 2 weeks of each sale.
